I have logged onto 3 different computers (XP/Win7) in 'guest mode', but every time I open the 'Backup Status' tab (either during 'rebuilding file list or after) BB crashes. The data is stored on two different computers, but BB crashes regardless of which buddy is connected.

Regards
Paul

Also check the ‘Backed up Folders’ area – do any appear in red?

3 – On the ‘Backup Status’ tab do any appear in red? Can you drill down to the problem file?

4 - Reboot the computer if you have not done so already.

Notes

2 & 3 not sure if waiting to be ready files actually appear in red here.

BB will not backup open files.

Regards
Paul
